Ironically, my oldest daughter is not a fan of cake. She prefers candy any day. So her birthday cakes have always been a struggle. We've done everything from Ice Cream Cakes to Cookie Cakes. But this year, I was determined to combine my love with her love. And thus was born, the SKITTLES CAKE!!!!
